The only sure bet in life is one that most of us spend a lot of energy trying to avoid. But physical death, as well as “small deaths” of ending relationships, aborted or completed projects, and shifting circumstances can also be rich fodder for self-reflection and comedic release. A good sense of humor about our circumstances can in turn often help us open to new opportunities.
The practice will begin with meditation and writing and end with a long savasana. In between beginning and end we'll explore movement and embodiment practices that support releasing layers of identity, shifting relationships and finding ease with inevitability.
